BUSINESS TRAINING CLASS IN CENTRAL SQUARE APRIL 24
Part 4 of 8-Session Series: “To Incorporate or Not: What to Know About Incorporating Your Business”
 
April 5, 2012, Oswego, NY.  The SUNY Oswego Small Business Development Center will host Part Four of its 8-session series business class as part of its Microenterprise Program on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at the SOVAC Training Center located at 8 Gertrude Drive in Central Square, New York.
Please join Kimberly A. Steele of The Steele Law Firm, P.C. as she facilitates this legal training session which will be primarily a discussion of the pros and cons of incorporating your business and will cover additional topics such as: to incorporate or not, obligations in maintaining corporations, individual vs. business debts, insuring business, obtaining business financing, dos and don’ts in buying an already existing business, dos and don’ts in selling a business, how to properly and legally close a business, parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, illness, disability or death of a key person.
There is a $25 fee for the session, and pre-registration is requested by calling (315) 312-3492. Individuals may take this class as a one-time session and are not required to sign up for entire 8-session series.
